HELP with UTAU program... Empty HELP with UTAU program...

Post by inutomboyo15 on Mon May 10, 2010 11:44 pm

Ok So here is the deal, I got a Ust for the song Anger. My Utau worked fine on it and it sounded ok. Nothing skipped nothing bad at all...

I have never used an utau that i have not created before. When i Originally got Utau the Defoko voice did not work. So i had to delete it. But anyways i got the teto voice from UTAU library and put it to the anger Ust. It skipped certain notes. Im like ?????

why? i tried making them higher pitched and they worked so i put ↓ this in for it. Still didnt work.

I tried re-uploading utau, my Utau's are all in hiragana and so are the ust's. My system does have the english patch and my computer IS in Japanese. I tried tempo, pitch etc (but im quite a noob at UTAU so i could definately be doing something wrong)

I tried about idk 3-4 other Ust's to make sure that it wasnt just the Anger Ust itself. And I know the last one was good because my friend used it with teto fine!

I redown-loaded teto and still no luck!
I seriously need help if anyone can that would be great!

NOTE: I also made sure that teto's notes were all in place in my voice folder under her name...but they were ALL there! -w- and defoko didn't even work!

Oh! Were the notes she skipped below C4? Teto can't sing below C4 for some reason. =( I think it's a glitch or something.

Hmm... apparently this worked for some people...

I had this problem before, and here is how to fix it:
    Go to T, then P.
Remove all the arrows from there.
It is because if the arrows are in there, UTAU automatically paste them in the file name. When there isn't an arrow in the file name, it won't play (or something like that).
If you want Teto to sing high/low, then there is an easy way to check if there are higher/lower versions of that note:
    -select the note
    -press 'v' (on your keyboard)
-there you can select which one you want.
    I hope I helped!

    It sounds like you might have already tried something like that, though. =/ Either that or I misread your post because I'm really slow tonight. XD;;

Actually, I think Teto can'sing below C4 due to her prefix map... o_o But I don't know how to fix that.

    It's like Chasing Fireflies said:
Go to T (Tools) and then P (Edit prefix.map).
    Only here's a shorter version:
Under 'セット' and 'クリア', press the button with the kanji I don't know. After that, press 'クリア'. Save it by pressing 'OK'.
(I think I was the one who posted how to do that in the post Chasing Fireflies posted... can't remember, though)
The 'v' part also still works in the newer versions.

It was somebody named Sabaku no Pearl on the old VO, I tried to put their name in the quote thingy but I don't think you can do that with these. =(

I'm glad it helped, though! ^__^ Good luck with Teto!
