Pitch bending downward? Empty Pitch bending downward?

I'm working on my third song from a UST, and I wanted to know if it was possible to bend the END of a note down with pitchbending? Like having the note "fall off." I can bend the middle of the notes easy with an existing UST, but I don't know how (or even IF) I can bend the ends either upward or downward. The control points at the beginning and end of the particular note I'm working on only move side to side, but not up and down.

I know I'm a noob at this, and as such, I beg the assistance of someone mightier than me. Hahahahaha! Haha. Hah...

    You can.
I'm no expert, but from what I've seen.

You have your end note, right? Let's say for example, "a".
Add another note, but have it something really crazy so that no voicebank could sing it, such as xxxx. Have the envelope volume all the way down to 0 for the particular note.
String the last note (here, "a") downward to the "xxxx".
    :3

I hope I made myself understandable, I could demonstrate if I could get a picture....

You don't need to do that. Right click the little pitch bend box and select the first option.
That will add one box, and you can move it wherever. You can keep adding them by right clicking a box and clicking the same kanji, but the end boxes don't move :'C
