She's 18+, so she'd work as either a senior or a new teacher. Whichever works better for you.
As a student: Kinda isolated except one or two people? Shy and nervous, fails at conversations. Okay at most subjects. She spends some time daydreaming and looking outside. Younger Shizu is more likely to think/have a look on her face that implied "wtf/wth" more of the time, when appropriate.
As a teacher: Just a little less isolated, a bit more straightforward. She'd probably focus on something other than school, though. She may seem kinda paranoid/on guard, though; responding to small sounds, weird shadows, etc. She carries a dagger on her. :3
