I really, really want now to make a video that just says what UTAU is... discusses the whole "OFFICIAL" debate... and stuff like that ;-;

Really. Because the fandom is beginning to kill me as much as the Vocaloid one.

Random idea, I know, but there's like a DOZEN videos describing what Miku and Vocaloid are and yet other than tutorials, NOTHING just saying what UTAU is (or isn't...)
( ...at least none that I've seen. If there is something, let's promote it ;-; )

Right. I just had a discussion with two to three people on a vid of YouTube.

I forgot their names, and I'm too lazy now.

animecatgirlroxs - is it a real one or a fanmade one?
SickTwistedQueen - She is fan-made, since the term "UTAU" is in the title.
ElfenLLied - UTAU IS NOT FANMADE! Sorry, for the caps but it just annoys people keep on thinking that >_>

UTAU is a program like Vocaloid, only free. You can also put your own voice in it.
MsYoruichi1 - well then if u can but it ur voice in it that there makes it FANMADE cuz its ur voice
ElfenLLied - It's your own voice, so no fanmade. UTAU doesn't connect really to Vocaloid, only that they are both song synthesizers. You can make an own design and such stuff. Own Voice =/= Vocaloid Voice
SickTwistedQueen - oh... sorry. o_o

That's just what my friends were telling me... and it hurts when they deny me so I always believe everything they say..

So people keep on spreading UTAUs are fanmade... >_>

*nods* Yeah, like I said in my reply, I usually argue that if ANY ONE UTAU has to be "official" and crap, it's not Teto... it's Defoko/Dehuo/Utane Uta.
