OTO.INI

Okay. I'm reconfiguring Kochiro's OTO; maybe for the last time I'm considering trashing the Utake Utau. I haven't decided....

I need someone to help me make her OTO.ini in Hiragana. Can someone help me? My computer physically wont do it. it's a 2001. and I need a new one, but I can't afford it right now. o n o;;
