Yeah, exactly. For becoming a Producer you must make a significative thing, like making original UTAU songs for example.
Anyways there's a few UTAU -P's, the only one that I truly consider a -P is Yesi (Camila Melodia's creator). She made some original songs with UTAU. Maybe Siena Kotone's creator could be considered as a -P, too.
