I read about and I've seen it's because of the resampler.dll? But that we need that to make UTAU work..or something. /Cough

It used to be infrequent, and if I restarted UTAU once or twice, it would generally "refresh" and some songs would be just fine.

Now the super quiet notes thing seems to be happening more often. :< I'm posting this not necessarily not knowing what's going on but, rather, is there anything I can do to temporarily make this...better? =D;

It's sort of aggrivating I guess, because I was told the only way to get the audio file extracted from UTAU is to play it through, then go to Play->Save Last Play.

So..by doing that, if there were any nasty notes in there, doesn't that mean the audio file is going to have them too? :<

I guess I'm wondering how other people get around this problem? A lot of the UTAUloid I see on youtube don't seem to have the issue at all- unless I'm deaf or something and am missing them.

I have this problem a lot too...
This doesn't always work, but you can select the note, press CTRL+E and turn the modulation from 0 to 1.
(Also, the really older versions, like 2.46, don't have this problem, but the quality is less and I find it annoying...)

Thank you! I'll try this right away. It makes me so sad when the song is going along SO nicely and then all of a sudden I either can't hear it, or my ears bleed. I know her files/oto is okay in this regard. :< So I am confused.

Also, what sometimes works with the louder notes, is lowering the volume a lot, like, from 100 to 4 or something.

I'll definitely try that if it happens again. As far as quiet notes, I was working with Love is War just now and it was happening a lot. So I have been picking the notes and doing what you said, switching the modulation to 1 from 0. Works perfectly!

You can also right-click the note, click the third option and try to play it again.
