Koneko's Rain (Majorly edited UST)

So, I found the Rain ust by L3NDesu, but it was off-pitch and the vibrato was wacky, so I fixed it. I think the changes I made were enough that I can release this UST. I edited the vibrato so it sounds more natural, and I changed the envelope to add some dynamic quality. I also corrected the pitch.
