Oto.ini request (I know...)

I tried, really, to configure oto.ini for Dokune's voicebank. I've read tutorials and experimented.
I failed without class or style, truthfully.
I was wondering if anyone (with experience, preferably) is willing to configure oto.ini for Kagamibi Dokune.
