Oto.ini request 8D

Hi, I would really really appreciate it if someone could make an Oto.ini for my UTAUloid Livy Kaikine. I have no experience in making OTO.ini's een though I;ve tried many times to do so. Here is a link to her singing:

Um, about your Japanese sounds, though...
I noticed that they're pronounced incorrectly, so she has a strange accent. XD
E is prounounced "eh"
and I is pronounced "ee".
