i need to get back into writing these XD but lately nothing has been inspiring... I NEED A MUSE DX
these are only 2 that i still have on my comp (or can find?)
and poem number 2~ in a very different style even though i wrote them only a couple minutes after the first one XD
i wrote them out of boredom and because the word twilight is an awesome word! btw this was before the stupid twilight books (how i hate that series degrading my favorite word *rage*)

From dusk till dawn
To this endless night
All who I knew are far away and gone.
Try as I might
To one day reach the heavens above
The age old tale of a frivolous fight
The search for wanting, the search for love
A continuous battle with no end in sight
So I sit alone within the darkness of a twilight night
The heart is fickle and blind
Nothing less nothing more
Lay me to rest, do me something so kind.
The life I once lived was nothing but a chore
I wish I could break my chains that which bind
But nothing in sight no one at all…
To this endless night

The twilight sky, So ominously said
The place of rest Where things are put to bed
Slumber at its best.
All who stay are very well dead
Come to rest and be put to the test
Just look upon the twilight sky
The moment you stare
The moment you glance
For all your memories you shall now share.
You will look deep as if in a trance
Turned to stone with the rest of the ants
The gate will now open and there will be a flood
You will all sink to the bottom making a heavy thud...
Crushed under pressure, crushed under despair
Now you’ve reached me, welcome to my lair
For all you see
and all you know
Is it nothing but pain and misery?
No light, no hope, no way to be set free
Cause as you see there’s no one here so happy and glee
