So my client (okay, I'm only calling him that since I'm used to playing PW) wants a design for his UTAU, and he's decided to give the artist freedom. He only has a few specifications and that's it.

Otherwise it's almost completely up to the artist.
Winner will receive one UST of request by me, with winner's UTAU used. (And if you're thinking of my huge queue of USTs, you will be skipping the line, don't worry.)
