Anyone can help me with ripsync?

I saw Spike's creator's tutorial, and still doesn't completely understand... (yeah, I'm slow like that xD)

the main problem is that the face doesn't want to appear xD
the body is here, the sound too, the background too, but no face xD

anyone knows what I should do?

Aerendyll (Mahou Yuki's owner) made a few tutorials, but not for ripsync, but Lipsync. It is different, they say. I never had any of those programs so I don't know xD
