    The song is Renai circulation, and I'm pretty sure the character is from this sketchbook anime..

    Not really sure who the maker is though. :/

    From what I've seen on the related videos, I think the model is called Yuno-chi (I guess -chi is a version of -chan..?)

    stuff like that is just familiar terms if im right they are like nick names have no meaning and are just cutesy. x.x -learns this from tsubasa chronicles where Fai alwasys calls Kurogane Kuro-pii Kuro-tan and stuff like that-
