Brief Physical Description:Maroon/Firebrick colored jacket, gray shirt, khaki pants, maroon headset, white and blue-streaked ears (hidden under headset at times) and tail (always hidden under jacket), lean build, blue eyes, square-rimmed glasses, blonde hair, and the model number "CX-01" is imprinted on his right hand (which happens to be the hand you see the least of)
Personality:Playful, yet serious, a tad violent at times, slightly foul-mouthed, a bit over-reactive, outgoing, kind, logical, silly, and non-womanizer (though when it comes to love, he is slightly sadistic and tends to deny his girlfriend/mate/etc. what she (and in the case of fangirls/yaoi lovers, boyfriend) wants)
History/Backstory:Kenji is usually a happy 14 year old teenager. He loves playing Video games, listening to music, singing, and collecting keychains. He suffered an injury when he was 4 years old- he fell out of a second story window- however, it was very minor, and only affected him on terms of brain-cell-count. He calls himself "Semi-Albino" as everything except his eyecolor fits the definition albino to most people. He is bullied alot. He can transform into a white, blue-streaked wolf at any time he likes. He is very sensitive, as he was bullied since kindergarten, but he built his self-esteem by taking Chito Ryu (a form of Karate) classes.
Recently, Kenji has learned about OTO-Ki from Zeny.

Oh really? I didn't know that. (But he's not albino, so)

UPDATE: I'll be periodically updating the oto and the recordings for him, because I'm pretty sure I haven't recorded EVERYTHING, but almost everything. XD

FINALLY. VCV ACT 1 (lite-bank) IS ALMOST FINISHED. HIRAGANA ALIASES ARE NEEDED TO COMPLETE.
However, if you don't mind non-aliased, ROMAJI triphones (that's right you heard me gaiz), he is available for download here. EDIT: Please note, when you download him, it will show up on Mediafire as Kenji Voice ACT 1 VCV, but will save as Kenji Voice ACT 2 REAL. This is due to not renaming the file. This is NOT his ACT 2. This is his ACT 1.

Well... to be honest it's annoying that he's both lite and romaji. I would have been fine with one of them, but pressing the V key on my keyboard is starting to hurt my hand... And pressing it and then finding out there isn't even an option of that sound is annoying.

Okay, anyway. Some C&C that isn't just me being annoyed XD

- Okay, so. Leaving a small space between notes... Good idea but uh... It kinda screws up the faster notes and songs. D: He kept dying on me.
Well, whatever. It makes everyone else happy... *is bitter about VCVs at the moment*

-The otos are occasionally a little off... But I couldn't fix it, so maybe it's just me.

- Your CVs.
The oto for those is... Uh... Well... Pretty bad. A lot of the consonants get cut off too much, and there isn't enough overlap most of the time.
So far your chi file was the worst :'C
Also, you both mispronounced and mis-aliased the files after the basic files, such as "ti" (tei), "she"(shie) and "si" (sui).

And this is just my opinion, But I think you were just making itself harder for yourself by adding both "ka" type files AND "Ka" type files.
I mean, they should just type in "a a", no? o___o''
I don't really think you should have bothered at all with that bit D:

Okay, let's go over the constructive crits~

BEGIN LIST/

First, I decided to make both "ka" and "Ka" files because when I use Vocaloid and UTAU, I tend to press the space bar for seperate syllables. It's a personal preference, that's all.

Second, for the oto of CV. X_X I fail at CV. Triphones are the only thing I'm good with.
Plus, ones with more than one vowel in it (Sui) I pronounced exactly as it looked. o_o So I don't really know if I pronounced it wrong or not. -_-; But I'd gladly appreciate a pronunciation guide on those.
Also, I used Sora Suiga's CV oto style. *shrug*

Third, I think I know why he died a lot. *just went through the oto and realized I didn't configure some sounds* This is what happens when you don't do all of the otos of a sound at once. -_-; Also, I found some messed up otos too, and I'm currently fixing those.

Also, my voice likes to stop between vowels and consonants. That's why there's a little space. T_T

Next, this is no where near his entire release. His actual VCV bank will have all the otos configured and with hiragana aliases as well so you can use the triphonizer. (It looks for hiragana aliases, because if it looked for hiragana filenames, it'd glitch, I know this for a fact)

I was going to do their otos and point out what you where doing wrong and how to fix'em next time, but if you feel you need the practice, I'll leave them be :C

Really, though, it's just a matter of placement.

Then you fit the UST around the otos, instead of the other way around.

UPDATE POST: (Orz I'm sorry for the 829734927 double posts, but it's not like I'm gonna just edit a post then no one will notice, and it's not like I'm going to make ANOTHER topic for it)

I had completely forgotten to mention after a small update, Kenji has another update to his ACT 1 VCVs. I'm feeling to lazy to provide an oto however, so he can be downloaded here. Any attempt to use past links to download his bank will be shot down, as the older versions of the bank are now no longer unavailable except for the CV bank.

Also, ACT 2 CV is in progress right now. Here's some of the changes-
-Higher quality samples (Thanks to a new mic)
-English samples (Using Myst's list *shot for rhyming on accident*
-Fixed aliases (Especially for ones like wa)
-Standalone (This cannot be used in conjunction with Kenji's ACT 2 VCV... doing so will cause some problems)
-Fixed pronounciation
-Fixed otos (I ACTUALLY FIGURED IT OUT A LITTLE. YAYYY REFERENCE *stares at Tei's bank*)

ACT 2 VCV is also in recording and has the same changes as above. The english list is the only thing that is non VCV, and I'll include an english bank download and a lite version of both banks, for those who just want the japanese language.
