911 is STILL being worked on despite me starting him like two weeks ago, but after 4 days, here's my second UTAU.
I'm a girl, so his voice samples sound a bit silly. Regardless, they still work perfectly for a male voice when he's singing.

Brief Physical Description: His skin is black and nearly completely featureless, with no eyes, nostrils, or fingernails, among other things. The inside of his mouth is blue-white.
He has white hair and wears a white jacket with white pants.
Personality: Very easy-going. He looks like he would be mysterious or quiet, but he acts like any normal person would, and his hobbies are boringly normal.
History/Backstory: No one is quite sure where he came from or what he is. He doesn't like talking about it, and there's a small amount of suspicion that he doesn't remember at all.
The only thing he does say is that he made up his name from the nickname he got from rumors about him(The Ash Man), and a word he liked when flipping through someone's homework (Lavan=White in Latin).
