Status: Almost there... but kinda failed
There, comented on youtube.
I didn't before because I'm not much of a fan of the very gloomy and touching ballads (I'm too male for that!... also a bit shy to comment on every video of my subscriptions) but it's a bit sad, and also quite normal for the low population of the general UTAU fanbase, when a good UTAU work gets no much attention.
I like Dokuse (that's the new name, isn't it?) but you really make her cover a lot of sad songs, heh.
I really have no drawing skills at all (you just need to check the lame covers I make for my videos... you shouldn't check them, by the way) so I have no idea if colouring the picture is going to be better as gloomy images are more impacting black and white. Maybe you could try colouring and then using a "tones to grey" conversion to check the effect, I don't know.

I guess I'm a sucker for ballads/orz
Although I'll look up upbeat songs too!
I'll think about the gray tone coloring - I've been wanting to do such a thing too sometime.
