UTAU help - notes blend

Okay, I tried to start create my own Utau (I've just recorded a, i, u, e, o for the moment) and tried to fix with the otos or what it's now called, and it's working fine...
At least I think so, but when I'm trying to let her sing more notes with different syllables after each other, it's just blend together in one (
so if I try to make her sing "a - e - i" it becomes aei in one... hope you understand)

Anyone who knows how to fix this?

You mean like, the notes are one on top of each other?
If it's so, try re-generating the FRQs.

If it's not that, can you render it as a WAV so I can hear?

I managed to fix a bit (tho it stills sounds wierd), and it seems that it has something with the green line/overlap to do (cause it was the only one I moved around I think...). Where are the green line/overlap suppose to be?

Very beginning, before the end of the consonant (or i sometimes put it on the same as the consonant (red bar) on the vowel sounds) but after the blue part.
