Love of a Certain Prostitute: HELP

I've looked around, and there are no midis or any sheet music to this at all...yet I really, really want this UST. =A=

So I'm asking, is there anything out there with good rhythmic skills? I can supply the notes and probably the harmonies, but I need someone to help tie it into a UST.
