Slight Question Not Involving Usage of UTAU

There is someone, on YouTube, that is claiming pitch changes of VOCA to be his/her UTAU. Which, I'm assuming, is probably not the only case.
I already told him/her that they were being "kitschy", as well as stealing. Also, where s/he was not using an actual UTAU and is only deceiving people.

I won't give the link to the video (one of several), but I would like to know if it's alright to post it so that others can help convince/prove wrong that person.
(Yes, I'm immature, but I don't want to be "too immature". Thus, asking if it's alright to post the link.)

If it's not, then I won't. However, if people ask for the link, I'll PM it to them, since it's their choice.
If it's alright, then I'll simply post the link here.


A nice fact to know is that the person's extremely rude and seems to have TOTALLY changed his/her story without realizing it. XD
(If s/he deleted the comment that showed that s/he changed it, I'll give a picture of the comment prior to its deletion to anyone that wants to see his/her Fail.)

Yes, it's WRONG to pitch change things without crediting people and posting them. It's also dreadfully annoying.

BUT
he/she isn't even using UTAU. I mean, fine, just go pitching Vocaloid voices and make a fanloid, but don't say it's made with UTAU.
I think it's okay to have a pitched fanloid, but don't go saying that it's an UTAU. UTAU users go trough hard work to make a song sound good. Just pitching something in Audacity is WAY to easy to instert [UTAU] in the title of a Youtube video.
