Recording Issues?

I just have a question about the recording; when I record and upload it to UTAU, it just imports my voice; it's not robotic or anything. It's just how I sound. D8

Is that really bad? Usually the UTAU I listen to have somewhat airy, robotic voices. I don't want mine to sound exactly like me!~ D'X

Mine is the same, but when she sings it's airy and robotic.

Oh! Have you done the oto.ini yet? That makes it sound less like a bunch of separate recordings of your voice and more like a voice of its own. Or maybe you've just got good, clear recordings, which is great! ^__^

I remember thinking my UTAU sounded exactly like me at first, but once I started making songs with her, especially on those really high notes that I can't hit, she started sounding different. It might be something you just get used to. -nods-
