There was a period of time when a few nicochu wanted to use Nami, but they were unsure of how they could use her because her personality seemed set at the time.
Nami had to rewrite her terms of use because of this.

I've seen a few Japanese users say things can get a bit limited because of character personalities.

TBH- Making a new threat to host a divergence of a topic that spawned on a thread is just stupid and a waste. If it's clearly spawned from the topic at hand, it's just easier to keep talking about it where it started.

It's simply having some respect for another person's topic.
I'm not saying being off topic is totally unacceptable, but when an actual discussion is going on, why not start a new thread about it? People that don't know this conversation is going on can now have some input in another thread.
Or if there is already a thread on this topic, then post your opinions about it in that thread.

Ooookay. So she didn't actually dropped her UTAU completely (just my point of view). She's just having hard time to be with her UTAU. 6 months and she don't have a lappy. I understand her situation(s)

I understand her situation as well.

I would do the same and put them on hiatus instead of saying "I'm leaving them".
