Another Side of Cendrillon is not technically a duet, but can be made into one easily (Does anyone even know that song? It's made by some non-Japanese guy on Piapro and the .vsq is provided. And it's in romaji so you don't have to extract the lyrics.)
Migikata no Chou can be too.
Just be Friends makes a surprisingly good duet (*cough*ZebraandRabbito*cough*)
And uh, yeah. Pretty much any song can be made into a duet with minimal abilities in Audacity.
Cendrillon and Cantarella ARE songs for two people already though, so that would be the easiest. :3
