That means that the notes envelope is messed up. Either do what she said, or just right click the note, pick envelope, and fix it. There is a reset envelope button.

Also, the buttons on the envelope editor are all in Japanese, but the middle one fixes the envelope while keeping its general shape, and the one on the right just resets it to the default shape, if that makes any sense. ;___; Hope that helps!
