what is this i don't even

My best friend of 6 years has lived with her mom for a good chunk of her life.

Her dad's been missing since she was young (around 9?) and they have no idea what happened to him. She's seventeen now, turning eighteen this year, and yesterday, her dad called her and her mother.

I... am honestly shocked. It's not even my family and I'm really amazed that this happened, haha...

I just had to tell someone.

Like, what the hell? I would start screaming at him and than start crying. I'll go all hysteric if that happens to me...

o.o That's crazy. I don't know the situation at all, or if he's going to be a part of their life now, but it's good that they can at least get some closure.
