^Just randomly popped in my head from the idea of an unnamed, faceless child.

I find pairingchild UTAU unappealing, right up there with UTAU with super detailed backstories.
They just take out all the fun of owning an UTAU and make me feel like I'm intruding on their creator's personal property.

can I use the art for his character contest? XD and Umm Hes not paired XD I was thinking of making his mother and father one of my utauloids XD anyways ive made a contest for it =3

Pairingchild = child of a pairing.

It's also pretty weird when the characters are in their teens and they have a child that should make them in their late twenties. And using the robot argument, they shouldn't be capable of birth. AAHHHH BIOLOGY
(though him as an adopted son is hnnnnghhhh so cute.)

What, exactly, is the point of making an UTAU carbon copy of ChibiUsa? Is anyone going to be writing a story about them or what?

You have to think about something important; if you release him, there could be people genuinely interested in his voicebank. Giving him an established personality is an obvious choice, but making him a child from the future? Is there any reason whatsoever to do this? Limits freedom in fanwork, isolates people who aren't familiar with any of your other UTAUs, and gives the character unnecessary baggage to his use.
It's a complete turn-off.

Im writing a story about sephie and the furture loids so yea... there is a point behind it all.
no it doesnt since he doesnt have to be with his parents no child does. geeze my child(not blood but yea) isnt he lives in arizona with my friend. -sighs- as i said im not sure what im going to do with him.

UTAUs=/=OCs, as many people fail to realize. If you're writing a fanfic, restrict it to that fanfic so you don't isolate a bunch of people interested in the musical aspect of UTAU.
Once again, I feel like I'm violating the creator's personal property by just using their UTAU if there's stuff like that layered onto them.

I dont write fanfic... Ive never written fanfic. I write actual stories as in books and such. This one ive had for a while. but im not making a real background for him Im just making a stepping stone. cause i mean like all my utauloids have stories... they are just backstory.

but yea i know I dont really care for personalities much. Sephie just looks like the quiet innocent type so she is a stereotype xD shes also blind but has the powers to read energy waves of all living things so it seems as if she could see until you have her read. but yea =/ iunno im tired and ranting a bit >.< i think anyways i cant tell what im saying XD

It's 4AM and I've been losing sleep over the past week. I can still lucidly say that personalities and abilities are okay, as are general relationships with characters. But that there is plot country.

Personally I think 911 used to be walked home by a man-eating ghoul whenever it rained and his supernatural trauma came from walking in on a dinner of human organs the ghoul set up, followed by him being coerced into eating an arm.

But I will never apply this to his character nor mention this idea. I'm not a writer, and it might be fun to draw, but establishing this will put restrictions on the character. Because his existence goes from "neurotic child" to "child traumatized by forced cannibalism". You see that? That there is a plot point. He is a voicebank for a singing interface in a fandom that runs on fanon, it doesn't belong there.

"Time traveler" for example is a character trait, and it leaves breathing air for interpretation.


I am actually super tired atm and my design for him is suddenly looking so cool, so I am going to go to bed, steal it, and draw another design, then I'm going to wake up full of regret for NERDRAGE.

Well, there are UTAUloids with detailed backstories and stuff, but who can have the stories their authors let aside and be turned into new ones; I don't really mind if people make Aline as a mafia boss in a Croatian slum, or as a creepy robot who feeds on innocent souls from a planet where people aren't allowed to be afraid, for example; the backstory is just how I interpret the character, and if I wanted her to be 100% tied to her backstory, I'd say so in her usage clause.

I'm pretty sure most UTAUloids who have detailed backstories are treated this way, for a bigger freedom in story and music choice... Even the futureloids.

And that was my point waaaaay back at the beginning; I don't feel comfortable doing so if it isn't outright stated.

That's why I didn't really give Aya a backstory or whatever because I didn't want people to feel like they could only make her sing certain songs. I wanted them to make her sing whatever song they wanted, just as long as it didn't violate the UTAU Usage Policy xD

I'm also.. argeeing with Crossy here.
Big walls of text detailing an Utauoilds story and personailty can be very...daunting and off putting as people will be afaid of breaking character/angering the creator. Just like having a blank readme will make people worry. (once siana's fully realsed she'll have a readmefile)
