English VCV reclist : Does it exist?

I tried searching for this topic but I couldn't find anything close, so I'm sorry in advance if this was already discussed.
as the topic says : does an English VCV list for UTAU exist? Or is it possible at all? I've seen quite a few voicebanks that speak English, but I never saw one with a VCV recording...

if such an UTAU exists, I'd really appreciate anybody who gives me a decent example :3

A TRUE full English VCV bank is rather impossible.
English has about forty consonants and about twenty vowels, not including the ones that function as consonants and vowels.
Therefore, a full bank would be virtually impossible to create, upload, download, and use unless the person making the bank was magical and could think samples and upload them quickly, their computer had a freakin' lot of memory, their internet was GREAT, and UTAU didn't freeze up when you have more than 1,000 samples.
