What does TLC mean?

I was randomly going through the UTAUWiki with all the pictures of the UTAUloids heads and saw something...

Some of the pictures had a sentence when you hover over the picture with the mouse. SO
I go to see what Rikai's says and it says..."The typical girl UTAUloid, who wants TLC"

I was gonna say The Learning Channel and that band |D

I think they disbanded in 2000 after Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez died.

I don't think its the band XD;

AND I don't think "The Learning Channel" would be it either. It doesn't really fit~

I had asked my mom, and she had also said that TLC means Tender Loving Care~ So I think its that XD; Since it also fits her profile/character.

If my grandma had wrote that comment, it would've been somewhat of an insult, but since she's never touched a computer and I don't think that her definition is used by anyone outside of our family, I think I'll stick with "tender loving care" as well.
