So, this is Wang Fang Mei. I found her on Nico awhile ago, and I have to say, I'm really impressed the way her chinese was recorded and set up. *u*
...I'm not sure if she's overseas or not, though. Her videos don't have an overseas tag, so maybe she's made by a japanese person with a chinese voice source?
