Your first Vocaloid song?

For me: First exposure to Vocaloid...Lucky Star OVA.
Kagami cosplays as Miku.
I didn't get the reference until I saw a deviantART picture with Miku on it.

First time hearing a Vocaloid song: A Miku version of Yuki, Muon, Madobe Nite. Wasn't fond of it (bad editing).

Song that attracted me to Vocaloid (somewhat): World is Mine. My friend referenced it while we were writing a Lucky Star collab fanfic. (I was under the impression that there were only "official" songs.)

Song that really did it: Well, during a conversation with my friend, who brought up Len and Rin's Recycle Bin/Salvage, she mentioned the Evil Series...(Then I found out there were many, many Vocaloid creators...)

How'd you find it? DId someone link you or something?

I have a fellow Otaku-friend who I visit every now and then, and she made me listen to it. We still share every new song we find.

Well, I was on a site called MyAnimeList, and everyone had stupid Miku as their icon. I was like, "whut is this wat is miku is this animoo?" So I just youtubed it and watched.

I have no recollection of the first song, but I know it was Miku, who I rejected and went with the Twins route.

LOL, I'm possibly the only person who likes ALL Vocaloids...

I usually don't like Vocaloids when they first come out, but they grow on me.

I wasn't fond of miki, Kiyoteru, or Yuki when they first came out, and I still favor the others over them, but they're growing on me. When CV04 comes out, it'll probably take me a while for him to grow on me too. Gumi eventually made it in my mind, anyway.

But that's off-topic.

Mine was either World is Mine by Miku or Love is War by Miku XD

I first found Miku by searching randomly on google and I found an amazing fanart of Miku and I was awed by it. *-* I fought she was very beautiful and tried to find out who she was and then BANG I found the song "Ievan Polkka”　And was amused for a life time．

Mine was Kaito's "Shineba ii no ni" <-lol.

My younger sister showed it to me on youtube 'cause she was laughing at the lyrics. The PV and voice made me go "Who is this? I want to know!" and she then explained the whole Vocaloid thing to me. She didn't remember who the singer was, though, so I had to youtube it and I found a ton of other stuff, and...yeah.

Now I'm more obsessed than she is. :D

The closing song form the anime Avenger, Mirai no Eve o:
I was looking for the ending credits, and Miku appeared :< I quickly stopped listening and didn't search Vocaloid again for another two months because I desperately didn't want to get addicted to it.

lol-- I went through my vocaloid MP3's a while ago, and I deleted a TON of stuff that I wasn't listening to anymore...

Vocaloid songs take up a small share of my iPod mainly because I'm very, very picky that the songs that go on belong to real albums. So only the ones that are albums on iTunes or VOC@LOID M@STER or Comiket make it.

Kokoro was my first. I found that famous cover through a link on one on my forums, and I wanted to see who the original singer was. At first, I didn't like it, but after about three listens, it grew on me. Then I saw Kokoro/Kiseki and fell in love with Len.

Then came The Disappearance, which I liked, but not as much, forever cementing my indifference/dislike of Miku.

Then, I discovered The Story of Evil. Because I love tragedy so much, I was hooked on the twins.

Besides, the twins have more sad songs than Miku, and Lord knows my iPod is all depression, all the time.

My first song was Kamui Gakupo singing Gackt's Returner. Because I was a Gackt fan at the time, so yeah :'D

My first exposure to Vocaloid was before that. I was reading EGM and was looking at the "games that will never come to America" (or something like that) and for one issue, it was Project Diva! Of course after I read it and all the ridicule EGM throws at it, I go like "whatever" and read some other article

My first song was Kagamine Rin's Meltdown.

I was at my friend's house, and she showed it to me. She had known about vocaloid for a month before.

And then, while I'm playing to a dress up with Miku, I heard for the first time her song "White letter" (and my favourite with PoPiPo and WIS)
