Oops, sorry.
He's encoded in Japanese. D: He has romaji capability, but unless you can download the Voice Bank without it getting corrupted, you'll have to wait for his Soft Voice Bank release and his new ACT2.5 to come out. D: They're purely in romaji, so you should be able to use the Lite, Soft Lite, Bilingual and Multi Packs
(Lite = Plain Japanese, Bilingual = English, Japanese, Multi = English, Japanese and Soft Japanese)
This might take a while. Dx
