Brief Physical Description:His head is made of pumpkin with a silver screw at the top. He usually wears black dress suit with pair of black boots with tattered cape.
Personality:Odd and mysterious, he can also be childish and very naive about humans or human based characters. He loves to sing and dance, and enjoys being around old men. He has a creepy side of being obsessed with pretty girls, and has incredible jealousy over pretty boys who seem to be popular with girls. He sometimes can be quite dangerous to be around.
History/Backstory:An old woman who made a magical music box out of a pumpking decided to give him a name.

Regarding the use of Pumpking, you may use him however you want. People seem to want to use him in Halloween themed song to keep his image, but don't worry about that. Use him in any sort of song with any other characters. That would make me very happy.

scarfu: I actually thought about that, but I would rather use my real voice. If I can't do man-voice, I decided to try a little boy's voice, since he is only 13.
