And WHAT did I tell you about height stuff!!!?!? I mean, that's not a reasonably logical height measurement considering his age, and don't mention Skitty. Skitty's just an exception.

Ok, after playing around with Rei's voicebank in UTAU, I can very frankly say that Rei is a Taya. Only more feminine, since you are a female attempting to voice a boy UTAU - and I should know, I'm your older sister. So if I were you, I would change the gender bit. (Also change the height, it's somewhat unrealistic. Not saying it's impossible, though.) So I shall take up the redesigning again. As usual.
