Hi there again guys! This time I'm looking for a Music making software! Do you know any programs that can make music for free? I wanted to make my own song, but I need my very own music. If anyone knows a program like that please tell me.

Re: A good music making software?
I like to use Music Studio Producer!
It's a freeware to make midi files but you can use vst instruments (you can google for freeware ones) to enhance the sound quality and don't sound very midi-ish.
The problem... it's not very easy to use (and not many tutorials around) and I think it doesn't work in Windows 7 (but not sure! If you have Windows 7, can you tell me if it works?).
Check the first minutes of this tutorial to know from where you can download it (as I'm too lazy to check it now and type it -_-):
Another freeware option that I know for sure it works for Windows 7 is the great program "Anvil Studio".
Download it from the official website here:
http://www.anvilstudio.com/
I don't like Anvil Studio as much because it's not as powerful as Music Studio... but it's easier to use.
Well, they are both freewares, you can always check both.
An extra freeware program i used but I was a bit dissapointed on it is "Amazing midi".
You can get it from here:
http://www.pluto.dti.ne.jp/~araki/amazingmidi/
"Amazing midi" converts wav files to midi (but with not very good quality).
Why I wanted it? Because you could sing the music yourself, save it as a wav and use the program to make a midi file out of it (I don't have midi input devices to do it directly).
But really the quality isn't great... oh, well, it's freeware so the program ends being OK, I guess.
Now aside of those three, you need a program to make midi files into wav files.
With any old Windows (not Windows 7) you can use StereoMix and record it (it's not fast but the quality is perfect and you don't need weird programs). But Windows 7 seems to not have the StereoMix option (I'm glad I can use WindowsXP).
I guess you can google for a program to do that, I guess. I can't help you on midi to wav if you use windows 7.
