Well, I'm just going to take a wild guess, because only hearing A's make it a bit difficult, so... Ritsu? xD I have no idea.

But I do recognize the tune, The Song of Healing from LoZ Majora's Mask, right?

And I'm sure I have met that voice (or I'm wrong!).

Hmm, it's a female or a ve~ery high young male (it could be for the notes of the song being too high).
She (assuming she) has some airness and sounds a bit sad.

It's close to Angelica Morbid on one side and Stella Hoshine in the other but none of them at all.
