It's a username tag. You type in { USERNAME } (without spaces) and it shows your name when you log in. On mine it shows as Tsumanne.

^ see. if you click on quot, or reply or whatever it is on this forum, it will show
{ USERNAME } in my post, without the spaces.
It just puts in whoever's username who's logged in into that space. I forgot what it says when you're not logged in, though. eve'
