Here's what I have so far. NOTE: This is not all that I have of the song so far, this is just the beginning... doesn't go up to the chorus or the buildup before it. Ends right before the buildup. Yup.

I think Matt won't release the vsq because he's SURE the first thing people are going to do is make Len sing it. xD

I interpret the song as Luka hating "him" and wishing that "you" hadn't left. (("You" referring to the person she refers to as that (AKA Gumi), not YOU as in Guest. xD))
Also it would be hard to replace "kare" with "kanojo". It doesn't fit.
