Yes, it's true that it's Defoko. They first created Teto as a joke (I don't know how) and THEN added it as an UTAU voicebank

Actually, not to be rude, but Michiyo Ishimaru was. She was first made in March 2008, from Canada. Tomero did not come until December 2008.
In order, I believe these were the first 8 Overseas UTAU, Tony-fan: (these are Western-format names) [correct me if I am wrong, please!]
