help with an outfit?

I have a new UTAU~ her name is Jane Doe. :3

I'm having trouble designing something for her to wear, as it has to be flashy but not something uncommon or super-innovative for an UTAU... could someone please give me ideas for general things/colours for her? it's hard for me to think of anything averagely abnormal. xD
