In search of a voice, or help!

Hi! : ) I haven't been active here lately, mainly because as much as I love utauloids and vocaloids, I can't understand how to make a voice bank nomatter what! XD

As a result, I've decided that I should ask you guys for help! Does anyone want to voice this character?:

I really, reallyyyyy want to have her singing, but I honestly just don't understand how to make a bank (ive read so much stuff).

Of course, I'm not gunna take all the credit for it. It can/will be a joint utauloid...we can be a team, man ;D
For that reason, the character doesn't have a name yet, because I thought if I found someone to work with we could name her together. Of course if you dont want all that then thats fine too! XD

What I'm loookinggg for is a cute-ish voice. I also like to imagine her as being kinda shy about her voice despite being built for singing.
