HANASU.. I've seen it used for Talkloids, not music... But it... I don't understand the usage of HANASU for this xD;; Maybe Halo would have a better answer.

The vid you posted is the new Hansu, but the new engine is the M4 engine. Both are unreleased. What matt9five was probably talking about was fresamp, the new resampler.
I personally love fresamp. Kaen gets nasally when he sings too high, but he should never go that high anyway, so it's okay.
