Her name is Cecilia Loops, nicknamed Cece, and she's a doll that belongs to Yume and Yoshiya.

Facts:
She has a high-pitched kiddish voice and is only about a foot tall.
And she IS proportioned like that.
Sings through a speaker in her head. Her facial expression can't change. ((This is part of the reason you may find her terrifying. xD;; She can be singing Renraku Mada? or Yanderenka and be smiling like that.))
That shiny gem on her chest is her "heart". If you remove it she turns off.
Her hair and clothes can be removed and replaced with others, so you can draw her with whatever outfit/hairstyle you want. :3 ((This is the outfit she came in though.))
Yume and Yoshiya have spent the entire time they've owned her trying to figure out how she sees, hears and is able to stand and move without her head crushing her body. They haven't succeeded yet.
Doesn't need to eat, breathe or sleep. But Yume and Yoshiya usually turn her off when they're sleeping so she doesn't cry and yell at them for leaving her alone.
Can be a brat.
Sadistic towards things smaller than her. ((Mainly bugs.))
Despises yaoi and yuri.
Wants Yoshiya to get a girlfriend and Yume to stop liking girly looking boys/Reni.
