Making an Utauloid

I have a question about making an Utauloid.
When I look at other voice banks, I see a file caled '$read'. I want to know what is it, and how to make one.

If you want your UTAU to have a 'read' file displayed, write what you want to about them in a notepad file, then save it as 'readme.txt' in the VB folder.

The program generates an $read file,when a character.txt or a readme.txt is present in the folder.
