This person steals vsqs/usts and redistributes them.

Some evidence I have:
* Used Myst's Matryoshka ust for a Rin/Len cover. Myst uses extremely recognizable pitchbends so the person was caught. Said person still would not take down the redistribution until Myst pushed a second time.
* Used my Braveheart vsq, barely after I'd released it. I downloaded to check; other than one or two minor edits, it's identical. I asked the "distributor" and he/she said that he/she used mine to "time" his/hers. Now, since I'm a Vocaloid noob, I don't use recognizable pitchbends; other than timing, that vsq was made flatly and was nothing much more than a string of notes. I can't make a case, but I do know that using mine to "time" a vsq would result in the exact same thing as mine. (By the way, said person does not have any pitchbends or edits at all.)
* Almost all of the vsq/usts this person "distributes" have already been created.
* Some of the vsq/usts "distributed" have excellent-par editing, but the ones that definitively belong to him/her have minimal to no editing. (Take a look at this cover of "Joker" (this was before sango312's cover so it obviously wasn't stolen from her).

Beware.

Hmmm, that's tricky. She shouldn't be claiming everything as her own, she should at least say "edited from the .vsq by *name*" or something. It's obvious not all of those are her's.

Why are people only catching on now, though? With most stealers, there's a bunch of people screaming about it, but heck, Sango and Matt9five are both on her friends list. Shouldn't they have caught on and reported her? Or at least unfriended her?

Well, being friends - I'm not surprised. There are a lot of people who request to be friends with me on YouTube. Most of the time I accept the invitation without even looking at whom it is.

Even if you say "edited from ______", the only time it's acceptable to redistribute an edit is when the pitching or something is seriously off (I actually didn't even want to redistribute Mole's "Ponyo" ust, but I uploaded the pitch correction after Mole herself asked me to send her the new version).

And sometimes, people just don't know what other people are doing.

(Incidentally, this person conveniently used mine to “time” his/hers, but then later complained that he/she didn’t have the karaoke. My vsq came with the karaoke [but the link died sometime between my distribution and his/hers]. He/she probably lost the karaoke from mine and tried to steal it again from me, only finding that my link was dead.)
Love is War – sango312 on December 2009, this person on August 16, 2010. (sango312 has told me she can recognize the Love is War scream she made anywhere, but this person maintains that they just happen to sound similar.)
Ura-Omote Lovers – Nanitozo-P on December 2009, this person on August 2010.
Prisoner – Azuralunar on January 2010, this person on August 2010.
Gekokujou – sango312 on August 12, 2010, this person on August 27, 2010. (sango312 also says that she recognizes her vsq. This person states that this vsq is his/hers “100%” and that there was a misunderstanding with a “friend” and that person isn’t his/her “friend anymore”.
ANTI THE∞HOLiC – VocaloidImai on July 2009, this person on August 2010.
Lovers Again (by Exile) – Included in the original Gakupo installation, this person on August 2010.
JOKER – likely original, but editing is cruddy

Cruel Angel’s Thesis – Actually credited to Cien.
The Wish to Not Vanish – Likely original. Minimal editing.
Tori no Uta – Out since December 2007, this person on September 2010.
U~Nya~Pu – Actually credited to sango312.
Blue Bird – Kumataro on January 2010, this person on September 2010.
Lacrimosa – Did not claim credit, but did not even try to find the person who made the ust.
Matryoshka – Caught by Myst, but continued distribution (with crediting) until Myst demanded it be taken down.
Lilium – I don’t know when “idk” did it, but it’s been out for a long, long time; this person on September 2010.
Lacrimosa (Mozart) – There’s been one by Giuseppe for a while; this person on September 2010

There’s no doubt about it. This person cannot have made all of these vsqs in such a short period of time and either someone else’s property (credited), with such shoddy quality, and conveniently after many of them have already been released.

I might take this to VO. I want this person to lose his/her credibility.

Take it to VO, definitely. This person obviously has a problem.

Also, I think I'll post a tip for any UST makers out there: do NOT try to be exactly like the original song. Always put in a pitchbend here or there that you can pick out from the crowd as your own. It helps a lot in catching people like this.

God, people just can't learn to not redistribute stuff. It's also with the MMD-models, a person redestributes Nanami's models, but this person refuses to take them down.

The problem is that sango312 can only remove videos in relation to her...so it'd affect like 2 or 3 videos. ><

/EDIT: I don't think Yuki2894 is the same person, thinking about it.
Yuki2894 credits all his/her vsqs, and is prolly while affiliated with Yomi not a perpetrator.
/EDIT: Apparently Haru2894 and Yuki2894 are twins. Also, they credit all their vsqs, and for some reason they like to remake vsqs that are already done; however they do a bad job of it so I don't think they're stealing.

After a long, agonizing battle, in which some awesome people (including Myst and sango312) and others who don't have UTAU came and ganged up on her, along with some other people (xLei and Yesi included) who helped me run lab tests on the side, along with a mediator (Luna Amatista), I announce that we've won the battle. The person has closed her YouTube channel and taken down all of the files.

However, said person still hasn't admitted or apologized about the thefts (having made some very, very retarded remarks along the way), so said person may resurface under a sockpuppet and do the same thing - but we are ready!
