I think there's too much fighting within the upper ranks. The general fandom is awesome, and the work everyone does is amazing. If they could all get along it would be fine, but they don't, and it's really disheartening to see two of your idols have a total doggy-woggie-poo-fest right on the comments page. And then everyone else just quits.
