sometimes it's because that person have PMs system blocked.
Make a test, try to send me a PM, and see if it works (because i knw i don't have PMs blocked, i just received one)

Thats the wierd thing, because I mailed the person in question several times and then suddenly it didn't want to send...
But it seems like it have sent it now, maybe it is just my computer that is slow ^^''
