You'd have to make a new UST for that part. AKA, render it on a new file. UTAU has no tracks.

You can use an audio mixing soft software such as Audacity, which seems to be the most common(as it is free).

Also, REAPER has an unlimited free trial, and for a lot of people it's easier to use once you get the basics down. owo
