What ia Reputation?

Below my icon it says my reputation. What is that and what does it signify? ;u; Just curious~ Thanks non/

Your reputation goes higher when they click the + sign there -->
And it goes lower when you click the - sign a bit lower.
Your reputation also goes up when you "thank" somebody.

It actually not that useful, i heard that there are some people who just vote down everything ^^"

I guess reputation is just there to be there........ovo;
