Art Design help/contest?

I know I just recently joined the forum but I couldn't help but jump right onto this to get some help ^^'

So I'm having trouble with my twin's design.
Their original design was: Old Design 1 - Not done by me + Old design 2 - Not done by me but I kind of abandoned them both and went along with Ceoil Eika + Aika Heion.

After seeing someone use Nozomi in this thread posted by Aster Selene, I thought why not bring her back but better and improve.
So got my sister, forced her to record Mana's voice and the end result: Is this work - UST by UtauReni

Now I'm hoping that I can get some sorta design happening because of the changes ^^'
Like Aika they don't have set personalities since I'm lazy to deal with it >A<'

I think I came up with how their head design would go but clothing design is still a problem...

I can't think of if I should just make their clothing design the same or else make it school uniform related xD'
