Okay, so, there's something wrong with Audacity and every time it exports a WAV, MMD says it's not a WAV. And UTAU won't recognize it as a WAV either... I also tried exporting as Ogg Vorbis (whatever the heck that is) and using my new audio converter to make it a WAV, still no luck. HELP!?

The same thing happened to me with Mp3 files.
I downloaded another copy of Audacity, and it worked okay.
Hopefully it will cure yours too.
